The Open Music Education Project is a non-profit organization founded with the goal of realizing the incredible potential of internet music teaching and learning.  The goals of the OMEP include:

 

• Create a free and open comprehensive online resource of teaching videos and resources for both music students and teachers.
• Open opportunities for teachers across the world to contribute content, and share best practices and expertise
• Develop platform for students to learn music in a sequential manner
